Four golds, two silvers, and two bronzes: our young athletes brought home eight medals in badminton, table tennis, and chess at the ROPRISA Sports Competition 2026.
On October 16β17, 2026, Eastbridge athletes competed in the ROPRISA (Rodriguez Private Schools Association) Sports Competition, held at Gain Christian Academy (table tennis) and Virgen del Pilar School (chess and badminton) in Burgos, Montalban. Small classes, big hearts
Five of our eight medals came from Junior High β a young program that is already holding its own against schools across Rodriguez. And in every match, win or lose, our athletes showed the discipline, sportsmanship, and courage we hope to form in every Eastbridger.
Behind every medal is a coach who showed up for every practice. Our heartfelt thanks to our badminton coaches, Michelle Salamera and Michael Sabandeja; our table tennis coaches, Mary Ann Canong and Richmond Adrian Belizario; and our chess coach, Armed Thea Rosal β and to the parents who cheered our athletes on. Congratulations, Eastbridgers! To God be the glory!
