How to Contact  Your Child's Teacher

At Eastbridge, we encourage our parents to be actively  involved in their child's education. Thus, we try to provide various means to make interaction between our teachers and parents as convenient as possible. But first, let it be known that we don't  allow parents to confer with our teachers about their kid's progress in school without appointment. There is too much to discuss about each child that we don't think this is the best way to relay the information to the parent. Additionally, teachers need their breaks for snacks and next-class preparation that they cannot attend to parents' queries during this time. This is how it can be done:

  • Parents may contact the school and set appointments with the teacher or the directress regarding any concern with their child. Our teachers' schedule are planned for them to have time for this if a parent requests.
  • Parents are encouraged to personally visit the school during Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) during which progress report cards are given and individual child journals made by teachers in his/her class are discussed in detail.
  • Parents may use this site to send mail to his/her child's teacher by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the main menu. Our school has a DSL connection and our teachers regularly check their mails.
